- 2 tablespoons avocado oil - 1 pound chicken thighs - 1 cup cauliflower - 1 cup green beans - 1 cup bell peppers - 1 cup zucchini - 1 jar of Maya Kaimal Madras Curry Simmer Sauce
1. Heat oil in a large 10" skillet over medium-high heat.
