- 12 ounces frozen cauliflower
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ½ medium onion, diced
-1 ½ tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
Step 1: Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add diced onions, cooking until they soften. Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Brown the ground beef in the pan.
Season with sea salt, black pepper, and oregano. Add minced garlic and tomato paste, stirring well. Cook for two more minutes.
