– 1 large head broccoli cut into florets

– ¼ cup avocado oil

–½ teaspoon sea salt

– ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

– 1 lemon zested and juiced

– 2 tablespoons shaved parmesan

1. Preheat oven to 475°. Cut the broccoli into small florets and add the broccoli to the cast iron skillet along with the avocado oil, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir to combine then transfer to the oven.
