- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 2 cloves garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) - Lemon wedges for serving (optional) - Sea salt, to taste -Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Mix the olive oil, chopped garlic, Cajun spice, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a big bowl to make the marinade.
