— 3 tablespoons Bob's Red Mill Organic     Coconut Flour

— 1 cup brown erythritol

— ⅔ cup cacao powder

— 1 tablespoon baking powder

— ½ teaspoon sea salt


1. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

2. Mix in egg, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until just combined, then stir in blueberries.

3. Melt butter in a cast-iron skillet, pour batter in, top with cocoa mixture, and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.

4. Serve warm with desired toppings like whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
