- 1 lb beef, slice into stroganoff
- ¾ cup beef stock
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 sprigs of spring onion, chopped

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced portobello
