– 4 ribeye steaks, 4 ounces

-1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 tablespoon butter

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Sea salt, to taste

- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

- Fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped (optional)

For the ribeye steak

1. Gather and measure the ingredients.

2. Thaw the ribeye steaks and make sure they are at room temperature.

3. Peel the fresh garlic cloves and mince them.

4. If using fresh rosemary or thyme, chop them to sprinkle over the steaks.

5. Grate ½ cup of Parmesan cheese and set it aside.
