Cast Iron Steak aka “The best steak you’ll ever make” /
Seriously, this is my go-to recipe for steak and it always comes out perfect!  DInner guests and family members will be blown away by how juicy and delicious these steak are. /
Making the perfect steak is easier than you might think, but it does require more attention than the usual recipe, but it is t-totally worth it!

I love a good corny joke, almost as much as I love these garlic butter mushrooms.  I make this side dish all the time, but it wasn’t until several readers asked for more side dish recipes that I decided to share it.

This is one of those recipes that is always a little different every time I make it.  Sometimes I’ll use different herbs, depending on what I’m pairing it with and the variety and type of mushrooms is always a little different depending on what I can find at the grocery store.

It’s been a while since my last post, but Cast Iron Keto is back in action.  In case you missed why we’ve been on a little hiatus, here is a little recap… My wife and I sold our house, and are now traveling the country in a 33 foot RV.  We’ve been on the road for a few weeks now, and it has been a blast.  Now that things have settled down, we’ll be back to providing simple and delicious keto recipes a few times a week.
