These Keto Chipotle Chicken Avocado BLT’s are a delicious way to satisfy a sandwich craving!
This Keto Chipotle Chicken Avocado BLT is a total game-changer. I used the Ultimate Keto Buns from the Keto Diet App to make this sandwich, an actual sandwich instead of a lettuce wrap, which is a nice change to change things up. The buns are super easy and the rest of the sandwich is as simple as it gets. With the amount of traveling my wife and I do, I’ve recently been experimenting with OMAD (one meal a day) to simplify things. This Keto Chipotle Chicken Avocado BLT is my perfect meal to break a long fast and pack in plenty of fat and protein in the process.
I’ve really enjoyed the days I OMAD, I always feel especially great on those days and for a few days after. It can be a little aggravating the first few times you try it (particularly around lunchtime). TIP: I’ve found if I keep my favorite mug full of hot tea close by it really isn’t as bad as it sounds. The key to implementing OMAD into your diet is to find what works for you from a timing standpoint and find something to sip on throughout the day (for me it’s Rooibos Tea) and listen to your body.
If you’ve got an OMAD day planned and you wake up hungry… don’t worry about it. Eat breakfast and try another day. If you get to lunchtime and someone else is in the kitchen frying up a pack of bacon for their lunch, don’t suffer…eat lunch. The most important part is to listen to your body, Period.
If you want to learn more about OMAD check out this article by Dr. William Cole. If that name sounds familiar he is also the author of my favorite keto cookbook, Ketotarian (The Sardine Stuffed Tomatoes on page 259 are perfect in every way)

Notes
notes above in the blog posts about OMAD and
how we incorporate meals like this in our day.
This recipe has perfect keto macros so it works
great as a centerpiece of an OMAD plan.
I want to smash this sandwich!! It look delicious though except for the onion ;). I have a video for describing the benifits of a good keto diet on youtube https://youtu.be/8MHEuPRf6k4
